Bylaw 263 (Audio Visual Recording)
Bylaw 263 states:
- Public meetings of the Board may be recorded by any member of the public provided that notice is given to the Administrator prior to the commencement of the meeting. The Chair must give notice to the audience. This notice must be included as a notation to the Board agenda, and announced at the beginning of the meeting.
The board of trustee’s has requested the following to stay consistent: 4 business days written notice (email or letter dropped at the UBID office) is now required in order for the public to videotape the public board meetings.
